I am a specialist family law barrister. My practice includes work as Lawyer for Child, Counsel to Assist the Court and I am a Youth Advocate. I undertake a limited amount of legal aid work.

Stephen van Bohemen

I have practised across the full range of family law work. My current practice is predominantly relationship property and trust work, international children’s issues (surrogacy, relocation and Hague Convention), and appeals.

Jamie-Lee Tuuta

I’m a specialist Family Law Barrister. My practice involves all care of children and separation matters, including Oranga Tamariki. I also practice in Māori Land Law. I am a Counsel to Assist the Court for the Family, Māori Land and Coronial Courts. I am also a Court appointed Lawyer for Child. I am also a provider of legal aid services for Family Law (excluding relationship property).
